Since having my second kid I find it VERY difficult to find any time for myself, and working out for more than 30 minutes is still not really possible (without stopping and starting a workout several times over the course of 1-2 days...).
Which is why I only recently started using the "swap"-feature in programs.
And while I like the option to swap a workout, I find it to be a little... well. Improve-worthy.
Things that could be better:
- Choosing a workout length: If I want to swap a workout because I can't workout for 40 minutes at a time, I don't want to see the same 40 minute workouts in all time-options (shorter, similar, longer) – I'd rather have workouts with 5-10 minute differences. But since thats probably different for everybody a timeframe-setting/custom-time could be helpful.
- Filter options: When you don't have access to weights or stuff like that it would be nice to swap out a workout for one thats bodyweigth etc -> some way to filter the swapped workouts would be nice. I know you can swap in tagged workouts but having to tag every workout to get it to show up is a bit tedious...
- Workouts named similar and with similar stats won't show up: There are some workouts that are pretty much the same as the one in the program but don't show up in the swap-section for whatever reason. I even had a few workouts where NO possible swaps were found at all. With a workout library as big as this one I can't imagine that there wouldn't be a fitting workout to swap with. -> Maybe make the search less strict (at least when there aren't any workouts found with the usual parameters).
