Just started FB 30 + 20% off

How are you doing? How's life and your workouts treating you?

I just started the new FB30 yesterday. I just finished the 30 Day Kickstart Challenge last week (ps - we're already planning & designing a new 30 day challenge of this style!) & I decided to jump right in to the next, not overthink it. The FB30 programs always boost my consistency because 30 minutes is so approachable. How many of you are already started into this program? Anyone else want to join with me, now?

As you know, you can complete FB programs at any pace you like - we have always encouraged you to listen to your body, tune in, and take rest when you need it. Not feeling well, significant soreness, a bad night's sleep, feeling really stressed, etc, are all good reasons to take extra rest days.

With that said, and while still honoring all of those things myself, my goal is to finish this 4 week program in under 6 weeks. If it takes me longer than that, that's fine, too.

Anyone want to start with me (if you haven't already), or set a goal of consistency/a timeframe that you'd like to finish it in? Feel free to share your commitment to yourself below.
