Is it just me or does anyone else think there are too many old workouts in "new" programs? I understand the prebuilt programs save us from selecting a workout every day and the benefit of having a trainer sequence certain ones together for effectiveness. BUT, I get bored or maybe it was a routine I've already done and it didn't work for me.
