Struggling with PCOS weight loss

Hello everyone,

This is somewhat of a long post, sharing my struggles and looking for suggestions and motivation.

I'm 28. Soon to be 29. I have been working out consistently with fitness blender for years starting from maybe 2013 up to 2020 with good results, healthy bodyweight and fat percentage, stamina, active body and life. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in 2019. Work, covid and stress made me gain over 20 kgs in 2020 which I managed to lose with other workouts and healthy eating habits + fasting up to 2023. Then I almost switched jobs, I moved to another city, got covid again... lost a family member and all this resulted in me being extremely stressed, exhausted both mentally and physically (so tired I couldn't even move...or exercise) and angrily hungry...which resulted in over 20 kgs gain for a year. Since last September when I finally felt better, I've been eating healthier ( on and off), working out with other videos and loosing and gaining the same 8 kgs... At the start of march 2025 I decided I'm coming back to FB. I completed FB30 R4 and started FB Burn R2. Eating healthier, making healthier food options, struggling to stay within calorie deficit ( I'm using MyFitnessPal on low activity mode as I'm working from home on a desk and all my moving is fitness blender and 7k-10k steps a day). I'm often over eating calories with 200 kcal more a day otherwise I'm starving... no matter how much protein I implement in my meals. I sleep good.

I'm taking inositol and vitamin d because of PCOS. I'm taking magnesium because of terrible muscle spasms.

I see no visible results from my before and after pictures for the last month. I lost 1 kg and 5 cm around my waist. I know this is still progress but I don't see it. I'm always hungry, tired and bloated in my whole body. I'm wondering whether I'm eating too much, too little, exercising too much as I've read that with PCOS you should not be doing hiit and intense exercise. I drink lots of water, I sleep good. The bloat is awful. My period is late (this is rare for me even with PCOS as inositol is really helping with this).

I know maybe the new exercise routine might be a stress to my muscles and maybe I'm holding onto too much water but I'm so tired of not seeing results no matter what I do or seeing results only to gain all the weight again. I know I should be happy with NSV like the 5cm off the waist, sleeping better, being calmer, fitting a bit better in my jeans. I know it's early to see drastic changes.. but again I'm feeling like all I do is in vain as the scale doesn't move and I see no progress in my pictures.

I'm just worried and anxious as I don't know what to do. I want to be healthy.

To be in a healthy weight range and feel better I need to loose 20 kgs.

I'll be greatly thankful for suggestions, motivation, your stories with PCOS and tips to manage my weight.
