Good morning Blendfriends!

How are we feeling today?

A funny little joke to get the day started.

Today will be my rest day. I will still do some yoga stretching later tonight before bed. I feel quite crunchy in my arms and upper back. I walked to work to get some extra cardio in. I have to pick up something at the post and as I write this, I realize it is Wednesday so it closes at 12. I guess that won't work. Such bad luck with the post. At least it is a sunny day for a walk.

I need to clean out more clothes. I have a lot that I never wear but have sentimental value, like old marathon t-shirts or the hoodie from my aunt when she was in university. Some are in bad condition too, but I can't just bring myself to remove them from the collection. I will likely never wear them ever and they just sit there and weigh down on me. Any wise words?
