I don’t know exactly how to ask this question… I’m looking for a program that offers low impact modifications throughout each video for the more challenging workouts within the program, as I when I returned to fb I started with low impact and found that it was getting too easy, so I went back to fb30, but there doesn’t seem to be any modifications for the exercises. Most of the hiit videos offer moves with jumping which I don’t have the stamina for or the ability to do it fully. I know some of the lower impact modifications from the low impact program, but I love the videos where Daniel/kelly show the harder/easy versions of things side by side. I wish every video offered this. I know the fb complete program offers the choice of a harder/easy video everyday, but I’m looking for the option to do easy/hard modifications within each video. I want to challenge myself but sometimes I’m just not up to speed with the jumps. What programs are in between low impact and all the others like burn/fb 30 and abs etc. is there anything a little more intermediate that doesn’t always have jumps? I seem to be stuck between too easy and too hard.
