Weekend Check-Ins (ANG): Sat, Apr 5

Hello beautiful Blendfriendz,

I hope this post finds you well, and you start or having a nice Saturday! It's pretty ok here. 7am, 78°f, partly cloudy with shy appearance of some winds. First coffee is gone and I'm a little perky (not as much as Coby's hubs😅. Nothing near solving a math problem!). How are you guys? Any exciting stuff happening today? Nothing out of ordenary's happening here and it's perfectly fine.

I do have a picture for you. This is from the other day we visited this gorgeous place called Black Creek Trail😍. You walk this trail for about 30 minutes and you reach the ocean. The best is to arrive at the sunset. It's beautiful to watch the sunset there!

While that 30 min could be a workout for a day, sometimes we need more.

How about some delicious foods? Let's share this part too. I have no idea what it is we'll eat for dinner yet. Too early for us. Hopefully you have a clue of what you'll be eating.

A question: you just became a trainer! What would be the first workout video you release? Mine would be a total body low impact HIIT with core intermission.
