Well hello, hello all! We're already beginning our descent towards the weekend. The days sure are flying by! And since it's almost the weekend, here is a quick reminder of our upcoming ghosting schedule.

Right. On with it. What kind of movement does today hold for you? Remember, all movement counts! Stretching and mobility are just as important as hiit and strength! Pounding posts and clearing gorse, walking the dog, or pacing the room holding a baby all count as well! I've got day something of B&B with Erica.

I'm really loving this challenge! I love the way it challenges my balance and those smaller, stabilizing muscles.
