Low Impact or Low Impact 2?

I'm on my last week of the Bodyweight program (after being sedentary for years!) and feeling stronger. I think I want to do a low impact program next (to hopefully build up some strength without irritating my joints and eventually get rid of shin splints), since I found some of the HIIT days of the Bodyweight program were rough on my wrists/knees.

I can't decide between Low Impact 1 and Low Impact 2 - any recommendations?
