Do you think it’s okay to workout only using the ‘Surprise me’ feature without using any of the structured workout programs? I feel I can get a bit overwhelmed by knowing I have to workout only using a schedule but at the same time I’m wondering if I’ll still have progress if I just use the ‘Surprise me’ feature.
