HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 2nd

Hi Friends!

Welcome to Wednesday. Which Wednesday will it be for you? I think it will be a wellness Wednesday for me. I am giving my body a bit of rest after the workout yesterday.

I walked to work today because I have to stop at the post and the grocery store after. It is much easier with the bags to just walk. It will be a sunny day so I don't mind. Since I am usually biking now the extra steps are important.

Our gym has a body combat class I really want to try. It is during the week but at weird times like 7 or 8. Too late for me. But this Sunday there is a special one at 11. So I am excited and nervous to try it.

My husband will finally see a doctor today about his back. I think mostly because he needs a sick note from a doctor now. I would like to go with him and hear for myself what the guy says. I would also like that he gets to see a physio. He is so tall and long I can understand why he has back problems but he needs to stop using that as an excuse. All the more reason to take better care.

But enough of that.
