I just felt like chatting and I was thinking of Kelli's Book Club idea, so I thought I'd start a book/workout conversation to catch up with everyone. Please post your current read(s) (if you have any) and some recent workouts you've enjoyed.

I'm low on energy this week, so these workouts were just my speed ❤️

And the Question: Do you have any post-workout rituals/routines you like to do?

After my cool-down, when my heart rate has returned to normal, I like to read a little or study a foreign language before I rinse off in the shower. My head feels really clear right after a workout and I discovered I can focus very well when reading or studying. Then I rinse off in the shower and put on comfy PJs (I always work out in the evenings). So, what about you guys? Any particular post-workout routines?
