I am in my car EVERYDAY 6-8 hrs, longer some days. I am a broker, I help with Medicare - work with seniors in their homes. So my car is my office. With that being said I cannot eat "exactly" by the 4week plan. No way! This is fine with me but I have a question. I have chosen a few meals/snacks that I enjoy and eat them most of the time. If I enjoy it I don't get tired of the same thing.
**Since Greek yogurt is high fat I don't think I can should eat it a couple times a day OR everyday. Is this correct? Although it is easy at home on weekends and in the car the question dawned on me. But, it may be ok, it may not be like I'm thinking. My husband DOES NOT eat what I eat so I have to cook for him and my youngest son so I do good to be able to struggle thru and still fix my meals.
