HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 31st

Wishing a good Monday to everyone. I've made it to Day 9 of Barre & Build, so there's just one day to go till my challenge is complete, though I may do a couple easier workouts before I get to that one. I recovered well from my neck pain after yesterday's workout and am rewarding my body by giving it another day before I challenge it hard one last time with BnB.

Saturday's 5-hour choral practice took up a big chunk of my weekend, so I'll be doing my usual weekend tasks over the next few days, including the grocery run. In the meantime, it's time to be creative with what I have in the freezer & pantry. Tonight will be crustless "salmon pie" with orange-carrot salad.

And on the theme of food, a thought for Monday (above).
