Happy Sunday Blender Friendz!

I can’t remember if ai shared the picture before or if it came from one of you!

First, thanks to everyone who kept the thread going while I was out in the afternoon and evening! I knew anyone respond Ing was in good hands! I had a great time reading through everyone’s comments! Now onto business!

It seemed forward lunges and Turkish get-ups were the consensus choices of hard to master moves for our merry crew!

So what does today have in store for you?

Me? I have a yin yoga active rest day scheduled!

Food? Hamburgers for lunch per usual. We have many yummy mashed potato left overs as well-so we are set!

What were you doing at age 23?

I was in college-the second attempt where I found out if you go to class your grades are better🤣. I was a business major and working part-time in retail: I had just started dating my future husband that fall. All in all, a pretty exciting time and fun to look back on-aside from the general goofiness of my early 20s haha

So (drumroll) what was 23 year old you up to?
