Hello beautiful Blenders,
Another Sunday and we switched to summer time. I don't mind as long as I can go to bed early.
I had a quite successful week. I went to the physio and got new exercises. Ok, the reps are frustratingly low (e.g. five dead bugs) and the adding of reps should be slowly (2 maybe 3 per week). But we are getting there. If you know that I injured my back, you can see that I'm limping a little bit. Time to get this fixed again. It is actually hard work to concentrate to walk properly😅 I'm just so terrified of potential pain.
If there should ever come the day I can dance again and also be able to dance everything from Lindy Hop to Charleston to Collegiate Shag and not just the groove step I have already an idea. A few years ago I did a photo shoot with a professional photographer and I love the pictures. I thought I'll do it again, but this time with my husband and with a Swing dance theme. I just need to decide which dress to get. Maybe you have a preference and can help me.. I posted my favourite options below. And of course some accessories 😉 It would be fantastic to get some professional dance photos. In this sense the quote would be for me more like “Do it”. The “Do it again” (crazy dance photo shoot) comes when we are 80 😜
Over to you. Any dreams for the future you are working on? What are you up to today? Anything planned or just going with the flow. I will try to go to the beach again by car as I did yesterday and walk a bit along the beach. It's been months since I was at the beach. I always appreciate the beach but after such a long time being forced to stay home I appreciate it even more. It is a sense of freedom. Weather is supposed to be stunning and up to 15 degrees Celsius.
