Weekend Ghost-ess Saturday, March 29

Happy Saturday all and welcome to the weekend!

Since I've slept late (730!!) I'll keep it short....maybe....

What's your workout for today?

Cardio, mobility, strength or a rest day?

No equipment, weights, bands, bike, roaming?

Since I don't have to work today, whenever I thought of a fun workout I dropped it in my schedule for today....when I looked just now...there were 6! Pretty sure I won't get to all of those. I've chosen this walking workout with Erica-some cardio and I won't feel too klutzy!

Food is already decided. I'm having coffee. Lunch will be Chick-fil-A and getting together with my Test Kitchen friends and spouses for a dinner where we each make something that reflects our cultural heritage. I'm frying chicken and making biscuits and taking a local rye whiskey to honor my family's moonshiner history. Then tomorrow I'm returning to an actual healthy meals.....

And now for the question of the day...

What is or was the hardest move for you to master?

The one that you have to focus to do it right....or maybe you just sub in something else.

For me, it is deadlifts. Something about coordinating all the angles while keeping my core engaged means I get about 3 done per workout!

Clearly the coffee has kicked in because I'm quite chatty this morning.
