HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 29th

Good last Saturday in March! Winter decided that it isn’t done with us, as it’s snowing here and it currently feels like -7°C/19°F. They were predicting more snow than we’ve received, so that’s a small comfort.

I woke up around 3am and again couldn’t fall back asleep. I was hoping to have a very productive day today when I went to bed last night, but I don’t know if I’ll find the energy. I’m going to aim to complete just one thing from my list. If I do more, then great. If I only manage to do that one thing, then great.

What are your plans for today? Do you have a long to-do list or will you go with the flow? Anything fun that you are looking forward to? Some great food on the menu?

I want to try a cinnamon swirl quick bread recipe, with the goal of making French toast out of it tomorrow. I had that at the Good Enough To Eat restaurant in New York years ago and it popped into my head this week.

Fun for me will be watching the last day of competitions from the World Figure Skating Championships. I’ve not been able to stay awake to watch the last groups of skaters in the evenings and have been catching up the next morning. The women’s event yesterday was simply amazing!

A walk will happen at one point today. Not sure that I’ll have the energy for a workout, but you never know.

Wishing everyone a wonderful day! 🙂
