Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, March 28th

Hey ladies,

Friday again, which means this is my last day hosting this check-in for this week. But before I hand over the reins let's talk about our upcoming day.

Mine started with workouts as per usual. Day 12 of LI R3 a total body day with Brian. I checked, saw I did the workout a year ago so decided to keep things as scheduled and add a weighted abs and core workout with RC Fitness. I always pick one of their shorter ones of max 20 min using a bit lighter weights. And it was necessary this time as I lifted pretty heavy during Brian's, I even got some NSV's in his WO. Woohoo!

Maybe you're also interested to know what I'll be having for dinner, Totally not my style but this week I made a sort of menu and today we're having carrot/potato mash with 'rookworst'. It's a Dutch kind of sausage which is super delicious. think big knackwurst style.

We'll also have a Brussels waffle with whipped cream and strawberries for afternoon 'tea'. Hubs will be watching cycling again and he always has some nice pastry during the race, so we decided on waffles this time. They're store bought mind you, I'm not making them myself. I'm actually pretty horrible at making waffles, so if any of you have a good recipe, please do post it here!

Anyways, enough rambling out of me. I'm gonna start on my mash so that's done before hubs wakes up and we have to do the 'big' clean of our stove.

Thanks for sticking with me this week and don't forget to check-in tomorrow with our social butterfly Lynne who'll guide us through the weekend.

Have a good Friday everyone! Toodles!🥰
