R8 of Eating Better and FB Complete

Hi!

I recently moved to a new area and while I've packed, definitely haven't unpacked anything but furniture. It's only been a week, but I have been eating out way too much and procrastinating on a couple of things.

I did invite friends over to force myself to make food, but alas, they canceled and I didn't end up making it. I struggle to wake up in the morning unless I know that I have coffee waiting for me, weirdly? As sad as it sounds, I've been door dashing.... coffee for this week.

I'm going to look for a coffee machine for a single serve thing to wake up to - any recommendations?

I did finish FB Complete - probably 2-3 workouts per week. Surprisingly, I got much more toned with that than before. Definitely noticed that my thighs are smaller and upper body completely got transformed - arms, shoulders, chest, neck, upper back, etc...

FB Complete was mainly strength training, so I'm curious to see if I can make more changes with FB Sweat - I'm making some adjustments by replacing no-equipment extra credit workouts with short strength training ones. Just started FB Sweat yesterday.

I'm really motivated to focus on diet since FB Sweat historically has led to the best toning/weight loss for me. I also don't have cardio that much/never do HIIT, so definitely curious to see if HIIT will lead to more weight loss. It's also much shorter.

I do have eggs and greek yogurt and frozen berries. And green tea. I do need to go grocery shopping, but want to slowly start with cooking and start unpacking cooking material/organize the kitchen much better.
