Routine was great but I was awful

Couldn’t lift as heavy as normally, my range of motion was off and I was slow on reps and HIIT intervals . HATE it when this happens . Not sick or anything , I was just off. Of course want to go straight back to it tomorrow but I know HIIT and total body strength 2 days in a row is a recipe for injury . So I scheduled a stretching video hope everyone else is having a great workout today
