HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 24th ❄️💧

Hello Blendfriends, welcome to Monday's thread! I completely forgot to prepare this, so it'll be quick today!

Workout is going to be short Pilates because my knees are still sensitive. All the squats and lunges lately are not in my habit nor my comfort zone, so I want to build up a bit more resistance.

Food will probably involve chicken, acorn squash and pesto.

Work will be at the office, to which I will be walking through the snow!! I'll enjoy the beauty of it for now, but I know it'll rain later 😉
