Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, March 24th

Hands in the air for those who are ready to tackle this last whole week of March with me! Hm, I can see some of you rolling your eyes, take another sip of your coffee while thinking "is she for real??!!".

Why yes I am, but first let me start by thanking Cabob for her wonderful ghosting last weekend. Thanks Cabob!💖

So let's dive into it! Workouts first..

Day 8 of LI R3 for me and my calendar showed me a lower body with Nicole. I was going to swap but then saw it was a year ago since last doing it, so I wanted to see if I'd improved on the weights. And turns out, yes I did. So, goodie for me!

But of course this is not just about me so what have you got planned? Will there be movement involved or is it a rest day?

As I was doing the cardio exercises a question popped up in my head. You know they always say to "remember to start with a different arm or leg' each time. Is that something you do? I hope you get what I mean! You know like plank step outs, first left/right then right/left.

To answer my own question though, I do, it's like cemented in my brain to switch limbs. But then we all know I've got a weird brain.😆

What we also need to plan is what to have for dinner. Big unknown here for me, but I'm sure something will pop up. I would like to know what you ladies are having though so I can get some ideas for the rest of the week.

As for the rest of the day, I'd like to say I'll be doing some chores and some reading or crocheting, but these days I can't say for sure. I might be needed elsewhere, so I'll wait and see.
