That is the question I unknowingly set out to answer this week as I began my first full time strength training session in awhile.
There are days that I've felt weak after my workout and the soreness lasted for days. So the second half of this week I've been pulling back and readjusting what weights I pick.
So far there's been no noticeable differences in my body size or shape (though all I'm really aiming for is more overall definition). But my sleep has been great!
