Day 1 of Bodyweight Round 2, which I had bought on sale.
I was looking for workouts to do at home to take a bit of the lockdown-anxiety off, and I saw a short video where Kelli and Daniel mentioned the sale. I think I had done Kelli's "HIIT like a girl" once or twice on YouTube as a substitute for going to the gym. And that was it - I've worked out with you all ever since.
1245 FB workouts, 17 programs, 32 challenges completed, and up for anything life throws at me.
5 years with FB!

I'm wrting this after Day 5 of Advanced Strength with Brian (second time through), dripping sweat on my keybord. Now I'm off to have this meal: https://www.fitnessblender.com/articles/tofu-pad-thai-with-mango-peanut-sauce-a-vegan-remix-of-the-classic-recipe. This is not a deliberate choice for the occasion, it was what I had planned anyway because I love it.
I am so happy I found FB back then!
