Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, March 21st

Hidy-ho my darlings! It's Friday, and I for one am happy about that! My youngest son comes home today from his week-long mission trip down in southern New Mexico, and I'm going to squeeze the cheese out of him and stuff him full of vegetables, because I'm pretty sure he hasn't had any all week.

What workouts do you have planned today? Or maybe you're resting because that's what your body needs, even though your brain says to keep going? I've got a walking workout and upper body stretches on the calendar today:

I'm stuffing my son with veggies tonight for dinner; what are you stuffing yourselves with? I'm thinking salad with fettuccine alfredo for my guys, a vegan corn chowder for me.

Final question for the week. It's not deep, but feel free to ignore. I'm just curious! You get to be an animal for a day. What are you? Easy, I'm a housecat. Nap on a sunny windowsill, demand physical affection then swat at you when I've had enough. Hide under the bed when I want to be left alone and where no one can reach me. Sounds amazing!
