Okay! What does the day hold for you in terms of movement? Running, lifting, cycling, stretching, resting? I'm freestyling for the next few days, and today is a lower body focus with some glute activation and hip mobility:
And what's on the menu today? Our usual spaghetti and garlic bread. I'll find something vegan in my freezer.
And finally, a question that you are free to skip. When do you feel most confident? What are you doing? Wearing? Who are you with?
I feel most confident in my workout clothes, lifting heavy weights and sweating up a storm! And then for an hour or so afterwards, when the endorphins are flowing, I feel pretty confident. No dress or makeup makes me feel as good as my workout clothes and Powerblocks!
