First of all, thank you FitnessBlender for everything you have already done. A long time fan here (we're talking at least 10 years here). I really love the variety in your workouts and the fact there is something out there for everybody.
That said, I feel like I have still got it in me to give myself some cardiovascular challenges. So I'm putting in my request for new "old-school" HIIT workouts, meaning tabata-style intervals and pure bodyweight cardio (with or without a core component), preferably 30 minutes or more.
