Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, March 19th

Hey Blendies, it's another early check-in because A) I plan on sleeping in one more time and B) Inge liked it, lol!

I gotta show you the skies from Tuesday, after the wind and dust kicked up. The pic is actually one taken by my son who is in southern New Mexico for the week; that's pretty much what it looked like where I am too, just a teensy bit of a lighter shade of tan. It was awful. Wednesday is supposed to be much nicer!

But has the weather ever stopped us from moving our bodies? Well, yes it has, but most of us do FB at home, so what are you doing today? I've got the final day of Mobility Moments with Kayla (total body functional movement), as well as foot and ankle strength and stability routine. What about you?

The weather has never stopped me from feeding my body! I've got marinated Italian chicken, veggies, and bread on the menu. What are you eating tonight?

Finally, a question because why not? Feel free to skip! What functional things do you do regularly that make you think, "Man, I'm so glad I workout with Fitness Blender"? Maybe it's a family activity, or certain chores, or recreational things?

There's something I do virtually every day that I probably couldn't do without FBs mobility/flexibility routines. To get into my van, I have to squeeze between the van and our other vehicle (they are parked VERY close together in the garage); I climb through the back passenger side, over the console in the front and maneuver my legs over the front passenger seat, then support myself on my arms while heaving my 6 foot tall body into the driver's seat. But wait, we're not done! After I back out the van, I go back into the garage, press the button to close the garage door, then run all hunched over and jump over the laser so the garage door doesn't hit me and pop back up. Our remote control garage opener doesn't work. Let me tell you, it is a RIDICULOUS PROCESS to leave my house, and I'm sure that without FB I couldn't do it, lol! What's your "thing"?

Okay, that's seriously enough blabbering. I hope your Wednesday is off to a wonderful start, and I look forward to seeing you!
