How do you not let the calorie-limits turn into disordered eating?

Hey guys,

So I've finally managed to have a calorie deficit and I've so far lost 35 lbs of the 77 lbs I intended on losing! Lately however, I've been feeling even more anxious around food than normal - eg. I feel like I don't deserve to eat until I've done a workout, and I feel really tempted to eat even under my 500 calorie deficit to the point where I have days where I'm in an 800-1000 calorie deficit... I'm eating clean - lots of fruits and vegetables with minimal processed foods but I feel like I started out with a much healthier viewpoint than I have now. More and more I feel like I just need to get this weight off. I'm 18 and being overweight has made it difficult to socialise in college and I just want to be at a place where I'm confident going outside and talking to people in my body. At the same time though, I know how destructive disordered eating can be and don't want to fall into that... should I increase my calorie deficit to satisfy my need to lose weight quicker? What do you guys tell yourselves when you feel like eating way under your calories? Or am I worrying about nothing and I can handle higher calorie deficits because I'm overweight?

For context - I'm 5'0, my starting weight was 187 lbs and my current weight is 152 lbs.

Thank you so much for reading and I'm really looking forward to getting you guys's advice!!
