Saturday ANGhosting 15-3-25

Hey there lovely blenderbuddies, a weekend with me ghosting, hope you are ok with that. Right, let’s jump right in:

Workout? Hubs just nudged me because the sun is out, we are off for a seadip first thing, i.e. after this checkin. Then I might be mountainbiking again as the weather is supposed to warm up a bit more today. I must also do my physio shoulder exercises as I have been neglecting them these last two days. Which brings me to a question: what do you do when you have injured yourself? Do you apply heat or cold? I was talking to a fellow tennis player yesterday who ices his shoulder first for 10-15 mins and then applies a heatpack for the same amount of time. He does this every single day, as he used to be a builder and did his shoulders in years ago. I was wondering what you ladies do? What would you recommend? Oops, long question, but a much more important question, of course, is what is your calendar showing today? Lisette, I hope you feel better today. And Anne, I hope your knee is not bothering you anymore. Aches and pains, cold and allergies: horrible, right?

Food? Give me ideas please! My turn to cook and as usual no flipping idea at all.
