Hi all! I've been really enjoying working out 3x/week on average with FB since the beginning of November--however, one thing I have noticed in the past month is that my hip joints are hurting. It's maybe the ligaments that hold my legs in there... Maybe my hip flexors?
Is it possible I'm over-stretching them?
Or is it something else?
I was noticing a LOT more mobility and strength after starting to workout regularly (especially in my hips!), but now I'm not sure how to approach what I'm doing.
