Hello all--I am happy to report that I've officially made it through the dark days of winter, and did fairly well sticking to some of my goals.
The rest of December, and most of Q1 have been much busier at work than I anticipated--hence the lack of check-ins and zero custom workouts shown on my Feb calendar.
Batch prepping and calorie tracking is where I fell off. But after a disappointing blood test at the doctor's (she was happy with the numbers, I was disappointed because I felt I would be further along), I am determined to do better, so I am making time to prep meal components like protein. Have not gotten a crock pot yet. Calorie tracking feels like a lot right now, but my compromise is using a food journal for the next few months, to get back into the habit of consistently tracking and weighing my food again.
I completed FB Flow, and have started Yoga with Adriene after some prompting from an acquaintance. I am working on her Home challenge from 2020--currently I am trying to master the portion of the flow hardest for me (cobra to downward dog). It's the time of year where my friend enjoys walking outside again, so I will be resuming that too.
Work has slowed down a bit, so I am enjoying that while it lasts--it will pick back up again in May and June.
I'll be shifting my focus to improving my nutrition over the next few months. I may or may not post about that; we shall see.
Autumn/Winter Arc Challenge Week 19.7
Hello all--I am happy to report that I've officially made it through the dark days of winter, and did fairly well sticking to some of my goals.

Despite that, I met or exceed my 3x per week goal since my last check in (here: https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/36760/autumn-winter-arc-challenge-week-5-5 ). Even if I didn't do anything but stretching and mobility, I did something for my body most days. I am really proud of myself for that as I have a tendency to huddle down in winter.
