My question is probably for the FB trainers but why do I get sore if I take a few days break from exercising? It’s a different sore than from the workouts. I’m not the only person I know who has experienced this. Exercise regularly, have to break for a few days , and you start to hurt. What is that??

Today was 8/15 for my monthly goal and 40/100 for my 6 months. I hope everyone is able to devote some time to themselves today. You deserve it
