Suggestion

Hi everyone! I hope this weekend is treating you well.

I'd like to suggest a program, either packaged from existing workouts or new -

As I am certain any of you do, I work at a desk most days, and I am desperately searching for something I can do everyday - 10-20 minutes in length -to help stretch out my neck and shoulder muscles to fight against the dreaded back hunch! I know FB has some existing workouts available already, but I would love something designed as a progressive series with slightly increasing difficulty. I don't know if this would be stretching moving into upper body or back strength training to develop muscles supporting the spine and shoulders, or another option, but I thought to put it out there! Thank you for considering!
