It's the end of another week, the weekend's right around the corner but before we get there you've got one more check-in with me. So let's get to it.
Workout wise it's #Barr&BuildwithEricaChallengeComplete for me! We ended with an all standing upper body barre workout that left my arms pretty fried even with using light weights. No need to lift heavy when attacking the same muscle group for 4 exercises in a row with minimal rest.... times 2...
This was actually a nice challenge, even though I'm more into weight lifting in general, doing all these barre moves really humbled me. It definitely showed me I don't need to lift heavy, or even use any weights at all to get a serious burn! Will I do the challenge again, I don't know but I'll surely do some of the workouts again.
Okay, on to food. I can be very short there yet again... no clue. Could be something warm, something cold or anything in between. If I'm lucky and any of you check-in early enough, you might give me some ideas. So have at it!
No question today but let's play a 'or...or' game. No obligation to participate at all, just skip it and talk about something else...

Definitely ice cream for me, I loooooove coffee/mocha ice cream. I love any ice cream but that one, man I could eat a whole tub! We've got an ice cream machine and when Rudy's in the mood he makes a few tubs, and let me tell you, when he makes Bailey's ice cream.... it's absolutely divine.
