Finished FB Abs Round 2!

These last two weeks were rough.

Last week I was bogged down with just a general feeling of unwellness that kept my motivation down. This week I was plagued by the worst stomach pain I've had in years (I had none before). I've been reintroducing dairy back into my diet, so I think it's related to that. But I had a hard time finishing my last week despite that doing my workouts felt good and my stomach is definitely more toned (nothing too drastic so I didn't feel like posting photos).

Taking all of that into account, I'm feeling much more unsure about what program to do next. Should I take a step back and do an fb30? Should I switch to strength training with FB strong? Should I keep going at my current high intensity with FB burn? I'm feeling FB strong the most right now but I'd like to hear other folks ideas.
