Talking about workouts, what's on your calendar for today? I'm on Day 10 of Erica's B&B and we took it nice and slow, which was more than fine by me because I've got a bit of an headache. I also added an older lower back stretch voiced over by Daniel. Those stretches felt absolutely wonderful.
I know I should tell you what we'll have for dinner but so far the only thing coming to mind is salad. So we'll probably have that but if it's with meat, fish or simply bread... no idea. We'll see, I'm sure we end up with something.
I'll be over at Marie's this afternoon instead of our usual Thursday. The poor woman is drowning in having to go to different appointments so we're meeting up today. Unfortunately she needs to go to them with her son who's as you know a dispicable guy. And I'm actually looking forward to seeing or hearing him as he's made a big mistake... he's told Marie it's absolutely impossible I was able to get all the paperwork and arrangements done for the sale of her car. And if there's one thing you can't accuse me of it's doing paperwork. It gets me fuming at the mounth especially knowing that it should've been him doing the work instead of leaving his mother to her own devices. So I'm ready to give him a peace of mind, I'm on the war path and I hope I get to see or talk to him. 🤬
Sorry for the rant, not how I wanted to end my check in. That said, I'm off to have some breakfast and bake a yoghurt cake. Simple and easy but yummie with a nice cup of tea this afternoon.
