Hello, has anyone here been diagnosed with SNF? I have been given a clinical diagnosis based on symptoms. This thing is awful. The pain fatigue all of it. It's really been hard to worklut . I was able to workout yesterday but don't know if I'll have the energy to do one today.

If someone here has this please tell me how you do your workouts. It's strange, my body know what it can do and wants to do it but I don't have the energy. How do you do it?
