Morning all other blenders and trainers. I am looking for rhomboid exercises to decrease, tighten, lift whatever you want to call it, the fatty part that shove up above my bra/bathing suit top - any suggestions?
I do workout daily so I am in pretty good physical shape, happy with my body just would like to improve this area.
