Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, March 10th

Good morning my dear ladies,

Woohoo or maybe no so woohoo for being back at the start of a new week! But before we get this show on the road, I'd like to throw out a big thank you to Shabnam for keeping us entertained last weekend. Thanks Shabi!

Okido, on we go! So how's them workouts coming for ya? Are you continuing with a challenge or program, freestyling, doing something non FB related? Whatever it is I want to know!

For me it was Day 8 of the B&BwE Challenge, a TB workout with super light weights that went straight to my favorites. I really, really liked that one, it was super for balance, made my core work and burned my glutes.

I'm looking at my little paper in front of me where I've written things to do today and it says: write reviews, do laundry (1st load is nearly done), some chores and look for yarn (as if I haven't already got more than enough 🙄).

Of course I need to think about something for dinner too, but unfortunately nothing comes to mind yet. I'm sure I'll have something by the time you ladies will be reading this, but seeing what you'll be having might give me ideas for the rest of week. So let's hear it!

Next.. I've noticed that throwing in a question has been picked up again and I'm really liking it. So I'm gonna continue with this but first I'd like to say that you are totally free to skip it. My questions might be super personal and I'm asking out of genuine interest, BUT don't ever feel like you have to answer. Just tell me to fudge off or ignore it completely.

Okay so here goes. You ladies are always talking about taking extra protein. Now I know the general thing about it, but that's all scientific gibberish to me. So I'd like to know why YOU take it, if you do that is. I really honestly don't understand why you'd need to take extra stuff, what does it do? I'd love it if you could explain simply, but again only if want to.

Right, I think I've kept you long enough for this Monday, I'm sure that cup of coffee you were drinking is finished by now. So for those of you that still need to work out, move your butts! And to those who have other stuff to do... move your butts!
