HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 8th

Happy International Women’s Day to all of the amazing women in this community!

And good Saturday morning! David and I woke up at 4am. It wouldn’t bother me so much if I didn’t go to sleep late. My brain wouldn’t shut off. I foresee a nap in my future.

We turn the clocks forward by one hour here tonight, as we enter Daylight Saving Time. I struggle enough with sleep as it is, losing one hour sure won’t help. We’re lucky that it doesn’t seem to affect Loki much. He just sleeps quietly until whatever time we get up and he doesn’t beg to go out or eat.

My week started off well and then my energy petered out. Time to reset. David made the decision to start being active and lose weight. If we can help each other stay on track, that would be great.

I have Erica’s Express Barre Arms With Light Cardio workout on my calendar. I previewed the video and my arms will be staying up there for long periods. I think I should add a short UB stretching workout at the end. I also plan on walking 2km+ today. Hopefully the crazy winds we had overnight will die down and I can get outside to do it. What is on your workout calendar for today? Or maybe this is a rest day for you. Either way, hope you enjoy it and have a great weekend! 🙂
