New FREE Workout! Lower Body Strength and Stability

Hey Team,

Today is all about building strength and stability in the lower body. I want you to go into this workout with the right mindset. This isn't about how much weight you can lift or how fast you can move. It’s about moving well, staying balanced, and pushing yourself to get better with every rep. Strength isn’t just about how much weight you can use... it’s about control, and that’s what today’s workout will challenge you to build.

If you have ever felt unsteady in lunges or struggled to hold form in a squat, today is your chance to focus on those areas. Stability isn't something that happens over time—it's something we train. The more control you develop now, the stronger you'll be. Strength comes from consistency, not just effort in a single workout. 

Small improvements add up over time, and your work today will carry over into everything else you do. Be intentional. Please pay attention to your form, challenge yourself, and don't rush through it. Slower, controlled movements are what build true strength.

Every rep today is a step forward. It won’t always feel easy, but that’s the point — progress comes from showing up and doing the work, even on the tough days. Stay focused, push yourself, and trust the process.
