Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, March 5th

Good morning my Blend Friends! I have absolutely zero clever thoughts as an intro, as I've only had two sips of coffee. So let's jump right in, shall we?

How are you moving your body today? Skiing in Austria? (I WISH!) Running a muddy trail? Erica's latest barre challenge? Whatever you're doing, the important thing is that you're doing it! I've got lower body strength complexes with Brian. I've done it once before and loved it.

What's on the menu for today? I'm making breakfast burritos for my guys and I just realized that I forgot to buy green chile. In New Mexico, you absolutely canNOT have a breakfast burrito (or pizza, or burgers, or sometimes mashed potatoes) without green or red chile. There might be a mutiny. I'm having something vegan. Don't know what yet.

I've got another question for you, and as always, feel free to skip! It's a bit of a vulnerable question, as it's something I'm trying to overcome for myself. How do you quiet the "food noise" in your head? As in, eating without analyzing every bite, or feeling guilty for enjoying something that's not healthy. Just being able to eat, and not have food be a big deal or worrying about being perfect with it. Don't know if I'm explaining it well!
