Workouts? If time permits today, I plan to do this active recovery routine with Brian. Even splitting that Tasha workout between two days left me super sore!
Food? Tostada Tuesday here for my guys, leftover crispy tofu and sweet potatoes for me. But what are you eating?
Speaking of food, I've got a question for ya. Feel free to skip. What are some of your favorite healthy snacks? I love apples and popcorn; for the popcorn I put kernels in a paper sack and microwave it for three minutes. Spray with a little olive oil cooking spray and sea salt. Sometimes I add nutritional yeast.
