Good Tuesday morning!

Woke up to the orange idiot imposing tariffs on Canada and suspending aid to Ukraine, and the stock markets dropping because of his insane decisions. My anxiety has gone up, but I’m trying my best to keep it in check. Some of the techniques above can hopefully help. Do you use any of them to deal with anxiety?

Working out can help curb anxiety. I have a short lower body workout with resistance bands planned today, with a short stretching workout as a cool down. If sidewalks are not icy, I’ll go for a walk outside today, but my walking pad is there if conditions outside are not good.

Supper will be leftover pasta. After spending more than an hour yesterday making minestrone soup, it will be a welcome break.
