This session is all about control, power, and endurance. We’ll kick things off with a mobility-focused warm-up, then dive into three circuits that target your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. With a mix of steady tempos, isometric holds, and a speed round to fire up those muscles, you’ll stay engaged from start to finish. Plus, I designed this workout so you can use the same weights throughout, so no scrambling between sets! At one point, you’ll see me lower my weights to keep my form in check—no shame in that game! 💪
The first block focuses on chest and back, which can typically handle heavier weights. Block #2 is a speed round, so I recommend going lighter to maintain control and pace. Block #3 targets shoulders, biceps, and triceps, so a moderate weight selection is ideal. That said, always listen to your body and choose what feels best for you.
