Knee Strengthening program(s) ?

Hi! Another idea/request incoming ๐Ÿ˜… So I've had issues with my knee after an injury, something along the lines of patellofemoral syndrome. I've been looking around for videos across YouTube that focus on strengthening the knee vs simply being knee friendly, but aside from a few gems they seem scattered or not comprehensive.

Generally what I've been doing is my doc's phys therapy routine + FB low-impact programs + mini stepper routines I found with Sunny Fitness + FB resistance band and pilates add-ons with ankle weights. Also repeatedly visiting Kayla's pistol squat series have been great; I can now consistently do the wall sit in part 1 for the full minute!

So I do feel like after a few months of this my knee has been improving. But I wonder if maybe FB could develop a program or kind of a ladder-type mini-series that focuses on strengthening the knee. I know it's kind of a 'talk to your doctor' thing because it's so specific, but it could be cool if a more cohesive/comprehensive routine by the pros could be designed.

Thanks for everything! (โยดโ—ก`โ)
