HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February March 1st 🌷🌹
Good first day of March Blendfriends! We start this new month here with some snow and cold temperatures. It’s still winter, even if in my mind, March=spring.
I spent three quarters of last month trying to recover from everything that went on in January and deal with anxiety over the state of the world. The end of the month wasn’t perfect, but I managed to get my anxiety in check.
I am resetting today, again. I’ve gained back the weight I had lost when I was overworked and not eating, so I’m starting my year over in that regard. I know that tracking my nutrients and calories works for me, so I’ve planned what I will be eating today. I know that walking daily is a key to my overall health, so I will use my walking pad and listen to a new album that I bought. I know that hydration helps everything in my body function better, so I will get back to drinking 2L of water per day. I know that workouts are necessary for strength, so I scheduled the first day of Erica’s Transform challenge (again). And I know that I must keep stretching my forearms to get rid of the nagging pain in my left arm, so I will try a yoga for wrists video that Lara suggested.
I hope that everyone can start this new month with hope. Hope for better days, hope for better health, hope for spring to come, and whatever else you hope for.
