I’ve been working out with fitness blender since 2017 but just recently purchased FB plus. I’m having trouble with the new programs, because I love doing programs rather than choosing my workouts each day, but it’s difficult when each week they add up to ten minutes to the exercises. I only have time for certain lengths, and it’s hard to balance getting those long workouts done in the later weeks when I work full time. I liked how they used to keep the times about the same each day for the entire program because I knew my time limits. It seems like now I’m only able to use the older programs because the new ones seem to always go longer in time as the weeks progress. Has anyone else had this issue? Any recommendations on FB plus programs that are consistent on time?
